Maroon 5 call on Future on new song “Cold.”
Maroon 5 are planning to release their new album later this year via Interscope Records, a follow-up to 2014’s V. The Pop Rock group have their sights on Urban radio this go around, tapping Kendrick Lamar on their lead single “Don’t Wanna Know.” Lead by Adam Levine, M5 are back with another high-powered collaboration, getting Future on the mid-tempo track “Cold.”
The Freebandz rapper dips back and forth between rapping and his signature crooning alongside Levine’s melodic vocals. Expect an official music video for “Cold” to arrive in the coming weeks as Maroon 5 and Future shot a visual for the record back in December. Out now on iTunes, stream below.
