Meek Mill received another tough break today (Dec 4) when Judge Genece Brinkley deemed the Philly rapper a “flight risk” and “a danger to the community” during a bail request hearing today. According to TMZ, the judge also questioned the validity of his clean drug tests — citing that she thinks Meek have used system-flushers to test clean.

In a statement to Billboard, Meek’s attorney, Joe Tacopina also said: “We are very disappointed with Judge Brinkley’s decision to deny Mr. Williams bail, which continues her long pattern of unfair treatment of him.”
