Rising artist Taloula has just released her magnificent new tune, “M3TAMORPHIN.” Taloula’s varied artistry is swiftly establishing her as one of the most intriguing young talents in the R&B industry right now on the second track from her upcoming debut album.
On this jovial psychedelic track, Taloula’s grippingly distinctive vocal range dominates lush funk chords and synchronised R&B percussion. “M3TAMORPHIN'” immediately transforms into an 80s nostalgia space, boasting eclectic soundwaves co-produced through her old Yamaha PSR 7 keyboard and drum machine as the vocalist flexes her stunning harmonies with typical elegance. The song was created with Alessandro Ionna and renowned artist Caleb Kunle. She happily remembers her youth via vivid silhouettes, strengthening creativity and encouraging a new generation of free thinkers to express themselves and discover the mysteries of existence. She says, “I wanted to offer the listeners a view through the window of childhood imagination and a carefree spirit.”
Taloula, who is of Yemeni descent and was born in Israel, went to Paris at a young age. She made her music debut as the French pop sensation TAL and amassed over 100M streams before changing course to pursue a more genuine, true-to-self sound.
