Nicki Minaj — Sorry Feat. Nas [New Song]

Nicki Minaj’s new album QUEEN is out now and available everywhere, releasing this past Friday (Aug. 10). Minaj’s fourth studio LP was slated to arrive next week on August 17th, pushed back due to a record that samples music great Tracy Chapman. Instead, Nicki surprised fans by putting the album out a week early without that song. HOT 97’s Funkmaster Flex announced on Saturday (Aug. 11) that he would premiere a song that didn’t make the album’s final cut, a track featuring Nicki’s ex-boyfriend Nas.

As it turns out, the Queens connection is a record called “Sorry” which samples Tracy Champman’s “Baby Can I Hold You” (famously used by reggae artist Shelly Thunder on “Sorry”). Hear it below.
