The 16th season of The Ellen Show kicked off this week with a bang, as Nicki Minaj was the first guest of the new season. With blazing orange hair, the Young Money Queen sat down with Ellen DeGeneres to discuss her QUEEN album debuting at No. 2, Travis Scott landing at No. 1 and wanting to punch him in the face, and her recent rants on Twitter and Queen Radio. Minaj also touched on her relationship life, referring to her past one with Meek Mill as “toxic,” and revealing there’s a new person in her life.
Before leaving the show, Nicki surprised three students by giving them $50,000 each to pay off their student loans. The Queens MC closed the appearance by hitting the studio stage to perform a medley of “Barbie Dreams,” “Ganja Burn” and her 6ix9ine collaboration “FEFE.”
