Paloma Ford taps Dave East for her steamy video for “Waves.”
Los Angeles-reared songstress Paloma Ford released her debut EP Nearly Civilized in late 2016. Since then she’s spent time making cameos in music videos (PARTYNEXTDOOR’s “Not Nice“) and working on a follow-up to Nearly Civilized.
Ford released her first single since the EP, the Dave East-guested “Waves,” a few days ago, and now she has released the matching set of visuals. Inspired by Janet Jackson’s “Would You Mind,” Paloma portrays the woman of Dave’s dreams fantasies.
