Just a few short days after Thor Diddy went all Ragnarok on his son’s UCLA coach, Rick Ross has now been arrested on a litany of charges including aggravated battery, kidnapping and aggravated assault.
Jailed for the second time this month (the first was for a misdemeanor marijuana charge) Ross – as well as his bodyguard – was having work done on some property he purchased in Fayette County, Georgia, when he allegedly got into a fight with one of the workers and pistol-whipped him. I mean, when you use the wrong color backsplash…

UPDATE 2: Details on the incident which became the reason for Ross’ arrest have been revealed. According to the authorities, he got into a massive argument with the groundkeeper. Their quarrel escalated to a point where the rapper forced the worked into the guesthouse bedroom at gunpoint. As for the pistol whip, the Bawse stroke the groundkeeper so hard that he injured his jaw and neck. Rick Ross has been denied bond and will remain behind bars until his next court hearing, which is slated for July 1st.
UPDATE: According to law enforcement sources, Ross or his bodyguard allegedly pistol-wipped their victim which resulted in the assault charge, TMZ reports. As far as the kidnapping charge is concerned, the man was reportedly not allowed to leave the house.
