But I put a lot of stress on myself. If it’s not better, Ri argues, “it’s not even worth it. Music is a place and a means to express oneself; in that context, one may express everything. This need not even be quantified in any way. It should be something pleasurable to do. It may be as simple as a song that I like. That’s how easy it may be.
The thought occurred to me that if I wait till this is “just right,” “perfect,” and “better,” it may never come out, and no, I’m not down to that. Thus, I am eager to engage in play. When I say “play,” I mean that I have the words for what I want to say, but I haven’t yet found the right syntax for expressing them aloud.
