Roxxxan has raised the levels with this one, going in on a melodic and calm beat with hard punch lines and deep content. Her rhyming scheme on the track is second to none and she mixes her verse with complex rhyming patterns and different pace-flows all throughout. The Brummie MC reminds everyone of what she’s all about boasting – “I came with my herd, I’m a girl of my word, I’m a girl of the herbs, I’m not a hoe… but still I make doe on the curbs”.
In terms of her ability to tell her own story in a direct, raw and lyrical way, there isn’t many that Roxxxan couldn’t go back to back with.
