Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter IV dropped two spots to No. 3 with 116,500 behind Adele’s 21 (119,200) and Lady Antebellum’s Own The Night (347,500). According to Nielsen SoundScan, Weezy’s long-awaited new LP has sold 1,300,600 units after three weeks.
Grammy-winning rap duo Jay-Z and Kanye West’s Watch the Throne dropped three slots to No. 9 with 35,700. With six weeks knocked out, The Throne’s new joint effort stands at 871,700 sold units.
R&B diva Beyonce’s 4 dropped 11 positions to No. 20 with 20,100. After three months of availability, the singer’s latest solo offering has pushed out 784,900 records.
Detroit’s Eminem and Royce Da 5’9’s Hell: The Sequel fell 14 slots to No. 35 with 13,000. With 14 weeks out of the way, their retail EP has moved 529,000 pieces.
West Coast rapper Game’s R.E.D. Album fell 17 slots to No. 36 with 12,300. Headed into his fifth week, his newest album stands at 167,900 sold units.
Christian rapper Da’ T.R.U.T.H.’s Whole Truth debuted on the char this week at No. 109. After seven days in stores, the rapper’s new LP has sold 4,000 records.
Brooklyn rap group Das Racist’s Relax debuted on the chart at No. 111. With a week knocked out, their latest offering stands at 5,600 moved copies.
Midwest rap group Twiztid’s Cryptic Collection V4 also premiered on the chart this week at No. 171. After a week, the Michigan-based crew’s new compilation has sold 5,100 records.
