Stana shares visuals for new single ‘Grime’ and resurrects some classic grime bars on the Mystry produced track.
Fast becoming one of London’s most talked about underground artists, Stana delivers another uncompromising banger with his latest single ‘Grime’. Building the track around some legendary grime lyrics by Wiley, D Double E, Ghetts, Demon, Neeko, JME and Crazy Titch, the official music video continues this theme, using some classic freestyle footage from the early/mid 2000s. Charged with an infectious urgency in his delivery, the Mystry produced track is Stana’s best yet. He explains:
“When I was writing the grime track it reminded me of how far UK street music has come”
Following the early success of his huge ‘Gangsters with Dreams’ mixtape on Destroy & Rebuild in 2016 – which featured ‘London Badboys’ (a ground-breaking UK collaboration with Kelibwoy and Searcher), new track ‘Grime’ marks the start of a flurry of new releases and also serves as the first single off of his upcoming Mixtape, which is due for release early next year.
