Trey Songz was arrested following a performance at Detroit’s Joe Louis Arena last night. According to The Detroit News, the R&B singer was taken into custody for “malicious destruction of property and for resisting and obstructing arrest.”

Various videos from the “Big Show at the Joe” concert (which also featured Desiigner, Young M.A and Lil Yachty) show Trigga destroying stage equipment after his set was cut short. “Because a n*gga cut me off, I’m going the fuck crazy,” he said to the crowd, before throwing objects and attempting to break stage items shortly after.
According to Fox 2 Detroit, police officers rushed the stage in an attempt to calm Trey Songz down. During his violent outburst, one police sergeant was reportedly hit in the head with a microphone that was allegedly thrown by Songz, and suffered a concussion.
Trey was subsequently arrested and is being held at the Detroit Detention Center.
