DJ Khaled has joined forces with children’s television network Nickelodeon to debut the music video for his latest single, “Supposed To Be Loved,” featuring Lil Baby, Future, and Lil Uzi Vert.
Directed by Daps, this kid-friendly video features young actors portraying the hip-hop stars, complete with their signature looks, as they party at a luxurious mansion with their friends.
In a heartwarming twist, Khaled proposes to his girlfriend with a Ring Pop, while Lil Baby indulges in chicken nuggets and bottles of Kool-Aid. The lyrics are adapted for younger audiences but maintain the essence of the original song.
The track, produced by TM88, includes a sped-up sample of Michael Jackson’s “P.Y.T.” and serves as the lead single from DJ Khaled’s upcoming 14th album, “Til Next Time,” following the success of his chart-topping album “God Did” from the previous year.
