Rick Ross and Yo Gotti link up on a new “Hood Billionaire” cut entitled “Trap Luv.”
Ahead of Hood Billionaire, which is set to drop on November 24th, Rick Ross has shared quite a few cuts from the album, but it appears that he’s not done yet. Today, Rozay shares “Trap Luv,” a previously-unreleased track that features Yo Gotti, in video form.
Despite a stellar, cushy beat, the rapping here is really the highlight. Gotti raps, “Fuck that iPhone 6, they be trackin’ niggas / I’m ’bout to get a beeper, fade to black on niggas,” and Ross deems himself “Lionel Ritchie to these Commodores.” These two guys never really get mentioned as lyrical geniuses, but their bars here are far better than those on most Mastermind tracks.
