In the music video for “Memory Lane,” Wiz Khalifa travels down memory lane.
The video, which was directed by Andrea Saavedra, shows a lady recalling her relationship with Wiz from their highs and lows to their initial encounter at the bar while undergoing a surgical operation on her memory.
Wiz raps over the Hitmaka and Bankroll Got It track, saying, “Held it down for me every time those lames come through / Said they was down to do the shit I done, but they ain’t want to.” Now that it’s been a few years since you left, you realise how quickly time has passed and you feel uneasy whenever it plays.
Off of Wiz Khalifa’s most recent album, Multiverse, which was released during the summer, comes the song “Memory Lane.” He has since joined his Taylor Gang for their compilation EP, G Rage.
