Young Thug Reveals ‘Slime Season 3′ Release Date On A Casket.
Young Thug is doing things differently when it comes to promoting his highly-anticipatedSlime Season 3 mixtape. The Atlanta rapper, who is down in Austin, Texas for SXSW 2016, revealed the release date for SS3 in a unique way.
A funeral procession lead by a marching band made its way through Austin’s 6th street, where a black casket covered in red spray paint caught the attention of many. The marketing tactic worked, as by-standers snapped photos of the casket covered in the logos for Slim Season 3, Thugger’s YSL clothing apparel line, and the release date forSS3, March 25.
