Because of some miscommunication Sean Kingston and Meek Mill have been at odds with The Game. Philly’s Beanie Sigel, naturally, sided with Meek during the fracas.
Then, Beanie Sigel got attacked by one of Meek’s Dreamchasers affiliates prior to performing alongside Puff Daddy in Philadelphia. Unfazed, Beans continues on with his surprise set to a crowd who were unaware of what just happened.
Sigel was a guest on Taxstone’s Tax Season podcast, and boy did he go off. Seriously, it’s only second to Birdman’s Breakfast Club tirade in terms of pure “drop what you’re doing and listen to this”-ness.
For 90 minutes, he explains his participation in Meek and Game’s beef, his contributions to Meek and Omelly’s verses on their Game diss track, the incidents that led to his Dreamchasers attack, his regrets for dissing JAY Z back in the day, and more. Some choice quotes:
“What don’t come out in the wash gon’ come out in the rinse.”
“For you Instagram babies that’s out here listening to this, I pray that you have somebody around you that can guide you and tell you, ‘Don’t let social media make up your mind for you.'”
“If you tell a lie long enough it’s going to become the truth. And if I don’t say nothing n***as gonna roll with n***as’ lies. So let’s get to the truth, from The Truth.”
Skip to about the 24:30 mark to hear Beans’ interview. Trust it’s worth every minute.
