As previously announced, Dr. Dre will host his own show on Apple Music’s worldwide radio station Beats 1. Promptly titled The Pharmacy, the broadcast will debut in a few hours, at 3 PM PST/6 PM EST. Approaching the launch, the streaming service liberated 2 promo videos.
The first one is a trailer for The Pharmacy, featuring the illustrious producer himself, DJ Pooh, Wyann Vaughn, Eddie Francis and Just Incredible. In the second clip, Dre discusses being influenced by other producers in the game and when it comes to his favorite, he picked the late J Dilla.
In addition to the radio show, earlier this week Dre’s classic debut album The Chronic made its digital streaming debut on Apple Music.
