Watch Eminem’s new video for “Headlights,” directed by Spike Lee.
As previously reported, Eminem is dropping his new music video for “Headlights” on Mother’s Day, which is today. We now have the video, which was directed by the always-great Spike Lee.
Contrasting with much of Eminem’s earlier material, “Headlights” finds the oft-angry rapper sympathizing with his mother and attempting to see things through her eyes. It’s fitting then that the song’s video is shot as a point of view-style clip, with the viewer seeing things through Mrs. Mathers’ eyes. Nate Ruess of the band Fun. supplies vocals on the track.
