Eminem bids farewell to his alter-ego with his twelfth studio album, The Death Of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce). The 19-track project showcases the Detroit rapper’s lyrical prowess and dynamic range, featuring whimsical tracks like “Houdini” and the bar-heavy “Tobey,” which includes appearances from Big Sean and BabyTron.

The album is packed with notable tracks such as “Renaissance,” “Habits,” “Trouble,” “Brand New Dance,” “Evil,” and the Dr. Dre-produced “Lucifer.” Other standout songs include “Road Rage” and “Guilty Conscience 2.” Eminem collaborates with a diverse roster of artists including JID, Skylar Grey, Bizarre, Ez Mil, Sly Piper, White Gold, and Jelly Roll.

The Death Of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce) is Eminem’s first solo album since 2020’s Music To Be Murdered By. In the interim, he performed at the Super Bowl, was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame, and released several tracks like “From The D To The LBC” with Snoop Dogg and “The King & I” featuring Cee-Lo Green for the Elvis soundtrack. He also dropped his greatest hits compilation, Curtain Call 2.

Eminem has maintained a strong presence in the music scene with guest appearances on records by Dr. Dre (2022), EZ Mil (2023), Juice WRLD (2023), and Lyrical Lemonade (2024).
