After nearly 14 years, Freeway and Jake One have finally reunited for the long-awaited sequel to their 2010 collaborative album, The Stimulus Package.
The Stimulus Package 2 boasts 15 tracks and kicks off with “Time,” a powerful collaboration with Conway The Machine from Griselda and Drumwork. The lead singles, “Freezer” and “Ringin'” featuring Jadakiss, deliver sharp lyricism and stellar production.
This album includes standout tracks like “Price Of Fame,” “Lord Forgive Me,” “Heartbreaker,” “Nothing They Can Do,” “Bearded Legend,” “Family Tree,” and “Sounds Expensive.” In “Philly,” a city ode, Freeway reunites with State Property and Peedi Crakk. Other notable collaborations include “Keep Winnin” with Black Thought, “My Own” featuring Sauce Walka, and “Crystals & Keys” with Scholito.
The Stimulus Package 2 marks Freeway’s first official studio album since 2010’s Think Free. His recent feature on Grafh and 38 Spesh’s track “Rocafella Chain” alongside Peedi Crakk and Memphis Bleek has kept fans eagerly anticipating this release.
