Since featuring on Clean Bandit’s track “Cologne”, Javeon has been focused on creating his own sound with determination to bring his music to life by dropping off his EP last year “Show Me Something.”
Today the Bristol-based acts returns with his latest single “Paper” which is off his forthcoming project titled Clockwork EP. Featuring Carns Hill, the track really shows off Javeon’s vocal range and his ability to create great songs.
Javeon – Paper
Javeon’s early career saw him feature on the likes of Julio Bashmore’s Father Father; Le
Youth’s Feel Your Love; and Cyril Hahn’s Breaking as well as focusing on solo material for
PMR Records in 2011. More recent successes include his song writing for some serious
international artists such as Tory Lanez; Clean Bandit; 5AM; Janice; and Jamie Isaac to
name but a few.
With a swagger and sexiness that likens him to the late, great Prince, Javeon’s vocal is the
star of his releases. Contrasting his blissed-out soulful vocal though, is the brutally honest
lyrics in Paper, that speak true of a modern-day heartbreak. We can only look forward to his
Redlight EP release in January next year, with heavily baited breath.
