After a few minor delays, Kid Cudi has finally unleashed his much-anticipated and ninth studio album, titled “Insano.” The Cleveland rapper’s latest project comes packed with 21 tracks, featuring an impressive lineup of collaborations and showcasing Cudi’s distinctive style.
The album was preceded by singles like “Porsche Topless” and “Most Ain’t Dennis.” Notably, DJ Drama hosts the project, adding his touch much like his famous Gangsta Grillz series and making a featured appearance on the opening track, “Often, I Have These Dreamz.”
Kid Cudi has brought together a star-studded lineup of collaborators on “Insano.” Pharrell Williams and Travis Scott join forces with Cudi on the previously released track “At The Party,” while Travis Scott returns on “Get Off Me.” Cudi teams up with Lil Wayne for “Seven,” collaborates with Young Thug on “Rager Boyz,” and features a posthumous appearance from XXXTentacion on “X & Cud.” Other collaborations include A$AP Rocky on “Wow” and Lil Yachty on “Too Damn High.”
“Insano” serves as Kid Cudi’s ninth studio album, following his 2022 release, “Entergalactic,” a conceptual album based on his Netflix animated series of the same name. The new album is a testament to Kid Cudi’s continued creativity and his ability to curate compelling musical experiences.
