In the song, Christian Combs addresses the criticism leveled at his father by fans and the recent Homeland Security raid on their family property. He also takes aim at rapper 50 Cent, who has been openly trolling Diddy throughout the ordeal.
With Diddy’s signature ad-libs interspersed throughout the track, King Combs delivers bars like, “I dare one of you n****s scream out ‘no diddy’ / Police raid the crib like they think we selling crack, but we out here selling tracks / Multimillion dollar plaques.” He continues to defend his father, addressing the longstanding animosity towards him, especially from figures like 50 Cent.
Following the track’s premiere, 50 Cent responded to Diddy and King Combs through a series of Instagram posts, questioning their wisdom in light of the ongoing federal investigation. Last March, Diddy’s properties in Miami and L.A. were raided by Homeland Security as part of an investigation into alleged sex trafficking, stemming from recent sexual assault lawsuits against the hip-hop mogul.
