Stream L Martin’s new LP “Growing Pains.”
Its been a long while since we last heard something new, solo and exclusive from L Martin! However we are pleased to let you know that his long awaited Growing Pains LP is ready for release and full of the smooth lyricism that we have become accustomed too.
Growing Pains is a short collection of songs that each represent a different feeling and specific point in time in L’s musical journey, from the start to now. The first song ‘Be Somebody’ features vocals from RNB songstress Nina Alexis and symbolises from the very beginning, the drive and determination needed to risk everything by following your dreams. The collaboration of vocals on the chorus creates the perfect balance, combined with lyrics that everyone with a dream can relate to.
The rest of the LP gives us a mixture of Hip Hop tempos and flows, some more chilled then others, but consistent graphic storytelling and wordplay that we love to hear in a L Martin song. Production credits include Jae Dhi, who L has worked with on previous releases such as Win (2016, SBTV). As well as a couple first time collaborations withMaschine Man Tim and So Sirius. Other vocal features include Monroe Joe, A.B Noire & SHRLT.
