Scorcher & K-Trap Connect For Greazy Drill Heater ‘Comfy’

Grime veteran Scorcher proves once again that adaptability has always been part of his DNA, stepping comfortably into drill territory alongside one of the genre’s sharpest voices, K-Trap, on new single Comfy.

Taken from Scorcher’s forthcoming album ADMD, due at the end of the month, the track leans into a dark, atmospheric drill backdrop that gives both artists room to flex. Scorcher sets the tone with a direct, stripped-back hook before gliding into tightly packed verses that reflect on a side of street life rarely romanticised.

“Comfy is just me talking on a side of a certain lifestyle that people don’t really rap about much,” he explains. “It’s not all it seems and is kinda boring.”

That honesty anchors the record. Rather than glorifying chaos, the track explores the monotony and reality behind the image. K-Trap enters with calculated precision, delivering layered wordplay and cold street narratives that sit perfectly within the greazy production.

With ADMD on the horizon, Comfy feels like a clear statement of intent. Scorcher isn’t chasing trends. He’s stepping into new spaces on his own terms.
