Moneybagg Yo, a CMG artist, has given the sequel to his last album, titled Hard To Love, to his most loyal fans in anticipation of the release of his upcoming album.
Among the 20 songs on the mixtape are “See What I’m Sayin,” “Quickie,” “Motion God,” “Ocean Spray,” and the recently released “On Wat U On,” which includes the Memphis rapper GloRilla. Both “Keep It Low” and “Rock Out” include guest appearances by Future and il Durk, respectively. Aside from Fridayy, YTB FATT, and Fat Wizza, there will be more guests.
“Yo, I know it’s been a minute. I miss y’all just as much as yall miss me,” he begins on a lengthy letter posted on his IG. “A lot has happened in two years. I gained and lost more than I ever thought I would and had no other safe outlet. For all the emotions and dark thoughts that came with that other than making music, I’m blessed to have an art form to express myself.”
This is Moneybagg Yo’s first solo release since 2021’s platinum-selling A Gangsta’s Pain and its deluxe follow-up, A Gangsta’s Pain: Reloaded, and his first mixtape overall. He was included on the Big League album by CMG The Label, which was released last summer.
