Rae Sremmurd were at the center of the latest Rap Internet Debate after Complex namedSremmLife the third best album of 2015, which didn’t seem to go down well with many fans and industry folk (looking at Ebro and Rosenberg). Whichever side of the fence you sit on, Swae Lee and Slim Jimmy don’t seem too bothered by all the backlash judging by their recent appearance on Tim Westwood’s Capital Xtra show, where they freestyled for 20 straight minutes.

You can say these kids aren’t making the most poignant music in the world, but you can’t say they don’t write their own raps.
