This afternoon, while driving away from a film set in Compton, California, Suge Knight allegedly struck multiple bystanders, killing one man and hospitalizing two others, according to TMZ. The website has also uploaded footage of health officials attempting to administer CPR to a man who the outlet has identified as Terry Carter, a friend of the former Death Row Records CEO.
According to TMZ, Knight had arrived at the set of a film involving Game, Dr. Dre, and Ice Cube when he became involved in an argument with two security guards. The former CEO then allegedly reentered his car and fled the scene, striking Carter with the vehicle as he shifted it to reverse.
According to TMZ, Carter was not involved in the fight, and his relation to the project being filmed is currently unknown. One of the two other alleged victims is Cle “Bone” Sloane, an actor who has appeared in “Training Day” and other films. According to TMZ, he sustained non-life-threatening injuries and is currently hospitalized.
The website also states that the conflict between Knight and the security guards arose after Knight feared for his health; he was reportedly shot six times at Chris Brown’s VMA Pre-Party last year.
