Suge Knight remains in prison as his latest court appearances didn’t help him much. Currently held on $10 million bail, the mogul has complained about the conditions in his cell and what is more terrifying, his lawyer claims he might have a brain tumor.

Suge’s new attorney, Thomas Mesereau, filed documents to get his client into a better cell for both medical and sanity reasons. He claims Knight suffers from numbness on one entire side of his body and doctors have told him he might have a brain tumor, so he needs access to medical facility.

What is more, Mesereau says Suge’s toilet is driving him crazy because it flushes on its own every 20 minutes or so. Plus, Knight’s jail bed isn’t long enough for him. Both prison cell issues are the just an addition reason why the criminal asks a better lock-up.

In the meantime, Suge has returned to court where his lawyers argued bail in a murder case should be reduced one more time. His bond was previously set at $25 million, but got reduced to $10 million after a preliminary hearing in April.

Also, his attorney claimed there is a new video of the incident, but Deputy District Attorney Cynthia Barnes, who noted that Suge was already on bail for a felony robbery charge when he ran over his victims, stated in a filing Monday that the only video the lawyers have produced is the TMZ one we have all seen. Mesereau said Thursday that a new copy of the video was submitted to the court on Wednesday, but the court declined to release it yesterday, explaining it was not officially evidence.
