Just a few hours after the L.A. Sheriff’s Department made the decision to revoke Suge Knight’s bail, the city’s District Attorney’s office has shared the full list of charges that he will face in court. While it was assumed that he’d be facing a count of murder for the death of Terry Carter, no charges were officially announced until now. Knight will be facing one murder charge and one attempted murder charge for injuring Cle “Bone” Sloan with his car.
As previously mentioned by Nicole Nishida (above), the fact that Knight was out on bail from a former case when this incident occurred means that he could very well be eligible for California’s three-strike policy, which usually entails a life sentence. We’ll have more details tomorrow after Knight goes to court.
