SunnyBoyFitz Channels Grime Energy on ‘Hot Head Wiley’

SunnyBoyFitz keeps momentum high with “Hot Head Wiley,” the second single lifted from his upcoming mixtape Copyright Kid, landing May 13th, 2026.

Following the sharp impact of “What I Want,” the Peckham-based creative doubles down on his self-produced edge. Built around punchy percussion and driving synth work, the track feels urgent and unfiltered. Sunny’s delivery is precise and animated, weaving grime cadences with dance-floor intensity while keeping the grit intact.

The self-directed visual leans into early 2000s nostalgia, drawing clear inspiration from the raw spirit of Channel U and the anarchic energy of Lethal Bizzle’s “Pow.” There’s also a clear nod to Wiley’s legacy, not just sonically but in attitude. This is controlled chaos with intent.

Speaking on the track, Sunny explains that it’s about merging grime and dance while keeping things rugged. “Sometimes your head gets hot like Wiley,” he says, “and you’ve got to show people what you’re really about.”

With Copyright Kid on the horizon, SunnyBoyFitz continues to carve out a lane rooted in UK culture but built for now.
