The Game Going to Jail for Basketball Brawl

The Game reveals that he’s facing jail time for punching an off-duty cop in a basketball game, possibly up to three years.

It looks like the situation surrounding The Game’s basketball brawl earlier this year is far more serious than we all thought. According to the man himself, he is going to serve up to three years for it.

Back in later March, Jayceon got into a brawl with and off-duty cop during a basketball match at Hollywood High School. The victim filed a lawsuit, claiming he suffered brain damage. Even though the whole altercation got caught on camera, it seems like the judge was more concerned with the threat made by the rapper, who told the officer he will kill him.

Caching up with Sway, The Game elaborated on multiple topics, including his upcoming album The Documentary 2 and the incident. Unfortunately, he revealed that he is most probably going to serve jail time for the scuffle.

Probably like three years, it’s a little more serious,” he said. “We’re gonna go in there with a good team of lawyers and we’re gonna do what we can.”
