The Knocks recruits Cam’ron for “New York City” video.
Consisting of producers B-Roc and J. Patt, the New York City duo tapped Cam’ron to set off their upcoming album 55 with a short, but heartfelt intro. Cam really sounds like was fully focused here.
“Starting our album off with this track is important to us because Cam being the New York legend that he is, is a perfect representation of the trajectory of our career, beginning as purely hip hop producers and moving into dance music,” said The Knocks’ J. Patt about the song. “We feel that his verse on our record stands up to some of his best work and we are very proud to showcase this collaboration as one of our most prized achievements.”
