A judge issues an arrest warrant for Wiz Khalifa after he fails to show up in court.
Back in May Wiz Khalifa landed himself in a Texas jail cell for marijuana possession, and used the opportunity to take a “jail selfie” which then went viral. The selfie got the police and Wiz in a bit of trouble, and an investigation was launched as to how Wiz managed to bring his phone into his jail cell.
We haven’t heard anything on the incident since we got word of the investigation, but we’ve received an update on the situation this morning via TMZ. Wiz was scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, and after failing to show up, the judge issued a warrant for his arrest.
