With his latest single “K-POP” and accompanying music video, Travis Scott calls out the big guns, including The Weeknd and Bad Bunny.
The H-Town star sails along the coast of France with his motorbike crew in his self-directed music video. He raps, “Swish, lit / Move like she got hip / You fall off on set / Falling off, but I got grip,” on the hook.
In the middle of the sea, Bad Bunny has a party for the ladies (“Va a joderle y va de nuevo / Baby, yo te lo meto, es que t tiene’ fuego”), while Abel works the track from a luxurious beach house stocked with attractive women and exotic dancers. A recording of XO singing, “Love me, get it when you wanna love me / Innocent, you don’t mean it / Have sex up until I’m leaving,” may be found here.
Travis Scott’s “K-POP,” which features production from Mike Dean, Boi-1da, Jahaan Sweet, BNYX, and Illangelo, is his first official release since 2021’s “Escape Plan/Mafia,” which he dropped just before the tragic events at AstroWorld. He has since worked with the likes of Pharrell, Chase B, NAV, and dozens more artists.
