French Montana gets scary in the “Don’t Panic” video.
A few days ago, we wee graced by French Montana’s new, DJ Mustard-produced single, “Don’t Panic.” Today the track, presumably taken from Montana’s upcoming Mac & Cheese 4, has gotten an official video, directed by Eif Rivera.
Beginning with some disturbing footage of a chained-up woman getting menaced by a masked man carrying a chainsaw, the video soon makes good on its “Saw” promise by unfolding into a horror-inspired blaze. Montana and his gang of masked associates (which includes Khloe Kardashian) stunt in a dank, creepy dungeon while the women flees in terror.
It’s pretty dark, especially considering Mustard’s airy, radio-ready production, but hey, it’s cool to see Montana try out some horror shtick for a change.
