Palmira hails from Abia state in Nigeria and her full names are Palmira Mmerife. She is presently under the management of kreative house koncepts an artiste management company based in lagos Nigeria. In 2007 palmira participated in STAR QUEST and her band known as the JEWELS won that year’s edition of star quest and since then she has been professionally active in the music industry perfoming in major shows such as star mega jam,star trek,kennis music easter show and the list is endless. In 2010 she started her solo carrier recording and perfoming her own songs. She is indeed one of the talented female vocalist in nigeria with good melodious voice which has an international appeal and comfortably contend with already existing female act such as Tiwa savage,Omawumi and Waje. Palmira is indeed another addition to the female diva’s in the music industry.
