Footage of DMX’s arrest has been revealed by TMZ. Early on in the video, X can be heard speaking to the state trooper who pulled him over. “I don’t have a license with me, sir. I don’t have a license with me. I have my ID.” He also admitted to having a suspended license.
Although X remained civil throughout the stop (which included several field sobriety tests that he allegedly failed), he admitted to having consumed alcohol earlier that night, and actually nodded off in the squad car on the way to the station.
