Monie Love Shares New Video for “1NE People” Feat. Nana Fofie

Monie Love loves serves up the visual to her international track “1NEW People”

“1NE People” is a refreshingly original mix of reggae and R&B. Monie sings a reggae chant based on Marcus Garvey’s inspiring motto in Jamaican patois. The song’s message is uplifting and motivating, and Monie’s vocal rendition makes it seem both enjoyable and informative.

Nana Fofie, a young and talented Ghanaian singer-songwriter from Rotterdam, South Holland, also sings on the song. Her catchy voice makes me think of famous female singers like Marsha Ambrosius and Tems. Adding weight and inspiration to the track, Nana Fofie’s featured stanza is sung in both English and French.

The song “1NE People,” which was produced by Roctimus Prime, a rising music producer/engineer, and the iconic Grammy-nominated hip-hop producer Baby Paul/BpZy (formerly of Da Beatminerz), sends a powerful message of love, peace, and unity to the globe via the powerful voice of a woman.
