Ari Lennox steps into the limelight. After paying her dues in recent years and developing as an artist, the first lady of Dreamville Records releases her debut album, Shea Butter Baby. The D.C. singer/songwriter’s official full-length studio LP is twelve tracks, featuring appearances by her Dreamville labelmates J. Cole (“Shea Butter Baby”) and J.I.D (“Broke”). The R&B songstress is set to head out on her first headlining tour, running for 21 dates this summer. The ‘Shea Butter Baby’ U.S. tour, goes from May 12 – Jun. 14, making stops in major cities like Los Angeles, Houston, New Orleans, Atlanta, New York City, Boston, and Chicago.
