ArrDee Makes Film Debut in 'Rise of the Footsoldier: Vengeance'

After headlining Capital’s 2023 Summertime Ball at Wembley Stadium, British rapper ArrDee makes his acting debut in the highly anticipated third installment of the Footsoldier trilogy, Rise of the Footsoldier: Vengeance, which hits theatres throughout the United Kingdom on September 15th.

Joining series veterans Craig Fairbrass, Jamie Foreman, and Josh Myers and series newcomers Tara Fitzgerald, Sadie Frost, and Ben Wilson, ArrDee will play sweet-talking barman Stevey, described as a striking pivotal role. Stevey’s 2021 single “Oliver Twist” topped multiple international charts.

Although he has yet to release an album, NME has already dubbed the rapper from Brighton “the UK’s next leading rap star” because of his consistent appearances on the UK Official Singles Top 100 Chart (scoring 5 UK Top 10’s) and his performance at Glastonbury 2022 in preparation for his debut international tour. After tearing up shows at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Dundee and Park Life Festival for Aitch’s homecoming event, ArrDee and Bugzy Malone released their new track, “One Direction.”

In Rise of the Footsoldier: Vengeance, fan favourite Pat Tate travels from his familiar territory of Essex to the seedy underbelly of 1990s Soho in an attempt to avenge the horrific death of his devoted and trusted footsoldier.

Director Nick Nevern, who previously helmed Rise of the Footsoldier: Origins, is back at the helm for the sixth installment of the enormously successful cult British franchise based on the true story of Carlton Leach and the Range Rover killings. With over 1.2 million DVD and Blu-ray discs sold to date, the franchise is a notable success in the home entertainment market.
