Drake’s “Hotline Bling” has dominated the clubs and radio since its debut on OVO Sound radio back in July. The catchy record, covered by artists like Sam Smith and Disclosure, Erykah Badu, Jadakiss, Keyshia Cole, Kehlani, and Yuna, now gets an official music video.
Like the “Energy” music video back in the summer, Apple Music gets the exclusive premiere on Drizzy’s new visual, helmed by Director X. “No accolades really matter to me other than the fact that I have never had a billboard number one,” said Drake recently, referring to “Hotline Bling” rising to No. 2 on Billboard’s Hot 100. “If I get my first number one during the month of October it will be the biggest moment of my career to date (in my mind) and if you are looking for me on that particular evening I will be passed out in the water slide that connects to our pool.”
