Listen to Jay Electronica’s “Can I Kick It (Holladay)”
As per usual, no one really knows what Jay Electronica is up to. Out of nowhere, a new track by the emcee surfaced online. Titled, “Can I Kick It (Holladay),” it sounds like an old recording which somehow made its way to the web. Could it be the cut he personally sent to a fan with whom he had an amusing exchange on Twitter a while ago?
In the meantime, there is still no word on Act II: Patents of Nobility (The Turn). Back in late July, a rep for the rapper caught the attention of the blogs when he tweeted out the date October 10th. Initially, many thought this is the official release date for the mythical album, but it turned out the guy was referring to the upcoming 20th anniversary of the Million Man March.
