Jidenna – Bambi Too (Remix) Feat. Quavo, Maleek Berry & Sarkodie [New Song]

Jidenna taps Quavo, Maleek Berry, and Sarkodie for the remix to “Bambi” off his just-released EP Boomerang (Stream below).

The familiar song features the same instrumental and chorus as the original, which appeared on Jidenna’s debut album, The Chief. However, the guests add new verses to the romantic ode.

“Bambi, she make me cry,” sings an Auto-Tuned Quavo. “So hard, I shed a tear / Bambi, she make me smile / She put my heart on chill / As long as time heels, I’m here / You ain’t got nothing to fear / To the world, I’m a lion, but to you, I’m sincere.”

“Bambi” is one of six songs on Jidenna’s new EP, along with “Out of Body,” which features Wale and Dot Cromwell. Burna Boy (“Little Bit More – Remix”) and Tiwa Savage (“Spy Candy”) also appear on the project.

This isn’t the first time that Jidenna and Quavo have joined forces. In February, the two teamed up on “The Let Out,” a single meant for The Chief. However, the video and album featured a different version without the Migos star.
