The rapper, who is in the middle of a $51 million dollar lawsuit with his label Cash Money Records and Bryan “Birdman” Williams, took to Twitter early Saturday morning to vent. “I AM NOW DEFENSELESS AND mentally DEFEATED,” says Weezy in the brief tweet. “I leave gracefully and thankful I luh my fanz but I’m dun,” the message ends off with.

It appears Lil’ Wayne is mentally frustrated with the legal battle, which is also stalling him from releasing solo albums, including the long-awaited Tha Carter V. During his own Lil Weezyana Fest in New Orleans last weekend and at Drake’s Summer Sixteen tour stop in Miami on Wednesday, the rapper took a moment on stage to yell “F*ck Cash Money.”

The announcement comes on the day Lil’ Wayne and his ColleGrove collaborator 2 Chainz are set to perform at this year’s Made In America Festival in Philadelphia, PA.
