Pharrell shares new soundtrack for Despicable Me 3.
After lending his midas touch to the franchise’s first two installments (the second of which produced a song you might have heard called “Happy”), it should come as no surprise that Pharrell has scored the soundtrack to Despicable Me 3. Before the movie and accompanying album arrive later this month, here’s the project’s lead single: an uplifting, robotic-tinged tune called “Yellow Light,” produced and performed by Skateboard P.
Despicable Me 3 hits theaters on June 30 while the soundtrack drops a week earlier on June 23.
