Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and North West were all spotted out together for the first time since Kim gave birth.
Kim Kardashian has secluded herself from the rest of the world since the birth of her baby with Kanye West, North West. Kim, who is usually very active and friendly in the media (unlike her boo thing) hasn’t been spotted out since June.
TMZ, of course, has the first photos of ‘Ye, Kim and baby out and about. The three, plus a nanny, visited the doctor’s office. And surprisingly enough, Kanye actually looks happy/like he’s smiling in these photos.
