On “Outlawz” Rick Ross and 21 Savage delve into their soulful rap bag to shed light on their boasy lifestyles, while Jazmine Sullivan’s contribution comes in the form of a powerful hook. Despite the flexing on the track, the visuals give off a very grounded feel as Rick Ross cruises around a block while saluting various people from the community.
