Over the Christmas holidays, GS9’s Rowdy Rebel checked in with Taxstone’s Tax Seasonpodcast, updating listeners on his current situation since being locked up back in late 2014. Before his trial is set to begin on Jan. 11, Rowdy releases the mixtape Shmoney Keeps Calling.
The 18-track mixtape features appearances by Bobby Shmurda, French Montana, Ty Dolla $ign, A$AP Ferg, Lil’ Durk, TeeFlii, 2 Milly, and more. As for when the Brooklyn rapper will be free? Rowdy hopes he will be out by March or April. “I got a game plan when I come home,” he says. “I’m in attack mode.”
